Katie & Cory {Airline History Museum Wedding Photography in Kansas City}
When plans don't go quite perfect the only thing to do is roll with it. When unexpected rain and cold change up even the best laid plans you just have to go dance in the rain. And this is Katie and Cory's wedding day. As we were out doing bridal party portraits a mist popped up that quickly turned into rain. Even my back up rain location couldn't handle the wind pushing the rain in sideways, but the alternative turned out even more lovely than I could have planned from the beginning. A quick stop at Case Park downtown provided a gorgeous view of the rainy sky and nothing coulee dampen Katie and Cory's light hearts. Their wedding at the Airline History Museum at the downtown Kansas City airport was full of all of things that they love. Enjoy!
From my bride, Katie:
Favorite Moment of the Day: Walking out of the airplane, meeting my dad, and walking down the aisle
The inspiration for the wedding: Cory's love of aviation
Advice to brides planning in the future: be flexible and open to when things need to change
Thank you to Mike Tsai for being my second photographer.
