Jenna and Cole were super worried about trying to fit all of the formal portraits that they wanted into their July wedding day.  Not only was time in the day a factor, but the typical July weather in Kansas City (hot, humid, swampy) is not really ideal for taking photos outside in a black tuxedo.  So we opted for a day after post-wedding session and it was a blast.  Ashely with Hello Lovely gave Jenna a perfect look for the shoot that was just a touch different from the wedding day.  And Jenna's bouquet from Fine Line Floral held up perfectly for the shoot.  I loved that we had the time and the space to explore some locations that wouldn't have been possible in the wedding timeline.  The biggest benefit was that Jenna and Cole had already had an amazing wedding day and so they both well rested and super relaxed for this fun Kansas City photo session.
